The "Pale" holiday rental, idyllically situated on the edge of the forest in Birkach—a district of Bechhofen an der Heide—is furnished with great attention to detail, featuring a mix of antique and modern furniture. It is located between Ansbach and Gunzenhausen in the Franconian Lake District. The holiday rental is located on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and is wheelchair-accessible. Our beautiful holiday rental is situated on the edge of the “Romantic Franconia” holiday region, home to the historic old towns of Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Dinkelsbühl—one of Germany’s most beautiful old towns. Beautifully developed bike paths lead you to Gunzenhausen, around Lake Altmühl, or to nearby Ansbach. The nearby Hesselberg, at 689 metres, is the highest peak in Middle Franconia and offers a spectacular view of the surrounding regions. Dining out and shopping are also easily accessible by bike. The holiday rental measures 100 square metres and features a large terrace with a playground (sandpit and swing) and is suitable for Kinder.In. In the immediate vicinity, there is a pasture with horses, donkeys, and goats. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and has no thresholds. We also offer a bread roll delivery service during your stay. Parking is available right next to the house. There is a lockable garage for bicycles and strollers. Our cosy, country-style holiday rental, newly furnished in 2024, features 100 m² of living space, is located on the ground floor, and accommodates 1–4 people. It features a lovingly furnished kitchen-living room, TV, reading nook, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, dining area, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The large, cosy living room features a sleeper sofa for 2 people and has direct access to the large terrace, which is furnished with a large table and patio furniture for resting and relaxing. The holiday rental also features 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed and direct access to the terrace, and 1 bedroom with a double bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. Bedding, towels, free Wi-Fi, and parking are included in the price. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and has no thresholds. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Security deposit of 100.00 EUR. Keys are handed over in person; outside of these hours, use the key safe. Pets are allowed (10.00 EUR per day per pet). A cot can be provided. Food service (bread roll delivery). Any applicable fees (washing machine and dryer; 5.00 EUR per use). The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc. A 100% prepayment is charged via bank transfer after booking.
