Our Villa Luisa **** was completed in 2020. Nestled amid a 20,000 m² olive grove above Luke Bay, this self-sufficient estate offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and the mainland, including the Makarska Riviera.

We offer 4+2 bedrooms across two houses, each with a double bed, a separate private bathroom, and a private balcony or terrace, as well as air conditioning and a TV in every bedroom.

The houses, with a total living area of over 200 m², are furnished in a Dalmatian/modern style and also feature two kitchens equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee makers, washing machine, etc.

A fireplace provides pleasant warmth throughout the property in the spring and fall.
The property is fenced.

Outdoors, we offer a 60 m² saltwater pool and a covered outdoor grill with a sink, water connection, and a table for 12 people for enjoyable barbecue evenings.
The property features a children’s playground, table tennis, and an authentic bocce court.

Sun loungers, bed linens, and towels are included.
