Our apartment is designed for comfort and ease, providing a perfect home base for your trip. Relax in a cozy studio unit equipped with a smart TV and two queen beds, ideal for relaxing. A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all the essentials are available for cooking and dining. Enjoy the sunrise on the cozy private balcony which offers a serene spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening breeze.

Note: The pool is temporarily closed. Beach access remains available and highly rated by guests.



Getting Around:

Uber and Taxis are readily available if you choose to not rent a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

A complimentary drink at the lobby bar is included with your stay.



Please be advised that the building is undergoing construction weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control as it is a building-wide project. We wanted to let you know in advance so you can plan your daytime activities accordingly.



Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:



- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.



- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.



- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.



- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.
