It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!


This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the garage. Parking on the property complex driveway or in front of the garage/driveway is not allowed. Street parking is allowed.

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (2000+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus 3 designated workspaces with monitors located across the house.

• PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage (2 cars). NO parking on property complex driveway or in front of garage/driveway, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.


• Please note that though the listing shows 8 beds, there are only 6 actual beds. The last two “beds” are queen-size high-quality air mattresses.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
