Ocean One 220 - Second Floor Beachside Condo

New to our rental program in 2026 - Ocean One 220 offers first class accommodations along with the newly renovated oceanfront pool which is heated during the months of March, April, October & November (Weather permitting) and newly chilled during the summer months. Along with the new pool are three ocean side gas fire pits. This 2nd floor oceanside condo sleeps 6+ people comfortably with a King Bed in the Primary Bedroom plus 2 Queens in Bedroom 2 along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each Bedroom has their own adjacent bathroom. Updated technology, a new 85" TV including Sonos surround sound with Apple TV with every streaming app, along with regular cable and TV's in both bedrooms. After spending hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is just one block from the Coligny Plaza, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The new Lowcountry Celebration Park is also located nearby just off of Pope Avenue (5 minute walk from Ocean One) and is host to many of the Island Festivals & Concerts that take place throughout the year. There is also a playground for vacationers with small children. Ocean One has one of the best locations in all of Hilton Head along with first class amenities. A stay in Unit #220 gives you a taste of the best Hilton Head has to offer. Please note that No Pets are permitted at Ocean One. Even for owners. Welcome to a stay of Rest & Relaxation

Condo was beautiful and very clean. Loved the location, was walkable to coffee, shops, and resturants. The pool was nice and clean, the walk to the beach was short. Very quiet and family friendly. We had everything we needed at the condo. We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 and hope to be back next year!

Our family had an amazing time during our summer vacation. The unit is just like the pictures and actually was bigger than we thought it would be. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is very well stocked. The pool was beautiful and the proximity to the beach was great. We felt very safe and secure with locked gates to and from the beach as well as fencing around the pool. We were able to walk to everything in Coligny plaza. We will definitely come back next summer!

Obvious excellent location. Parking closer than public beach parking. Huge TV in living room. Handy inclusions such as vanity desk, chargers etc… comfortable beds. Kitchen light was an issue it flashed constantly so we just left it off and it was dark in the kitchen. Upon check-out I mentioned it to the manager and she said it’s an issue but showed me you have to dim it slowly? Check out list on fridge listed we had to strip beds, wash towels (that meant washer was STUFFED), do the dishes, take out the trash. It felt like a lot of work. I’ve never had to do so much cleaning upon check-out. Glad we booked a hotel closer to the airport for our final night with the long check-out chores that were required.

We've been coming to HHI for 30 years and this is one of the best condo properties we've stayed in. The unit is spacious and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, appliances, storage containers, and dishes for cooking meals and a full sized washer and dryer. We had an issue with the cable not working, but they remedied the issue quickly and the living room tv is sizeable. We will definitely be back!

Great location within walking distance to food and shopping. Beautiful unit with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped making it easy to cook if you want to do that on vacation. Ocean One is top notch with a beautiful pool area that is ocean front. This unit is very conveniently located near the elevators and stairs. We were surprised with all the extra touches everywhere in this unit. Thank you for hosting us!
