Ocean One 519, Top Floor, Direct Ocean View, Just Renovated and Refurnished!
Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5)
This top-floor condo (Unit 519) in the lovely Ocean One complex has stunning ocean views from the living room and master bedroom balconies. It was remodeled and refurnished in the winter of 2017-2018 to give it the feel of a colorful beach cottage with a penthouse view.
Walls in the kitchen were knocked down to make it spacious and open, and new cabinets and quartz countertops were installed. The bathrooms for both bedrooms were totally gutted, and the carpet and tile is new, as well. Almost all the furniture in the bedrooms, living room, and dining room is new. The master bedroom has a Sleep Number bed, and the living room and master bedroom have Netflix. It's a perfect place to relax and listen to the ocean!
The Ocean One complex is very well maintained and has a new outdoor grilling area.
The condo is a very short walk to Coligny Plaza with its variety of shops and restaurants and entertainment---you can leave your car in the parking lot your entire vacation. You can walk out of the Ocean One complex to miles of running trails, or take a bike for a ride on the beach, or drive a short ways to the top-notch golf courses nearby.
This villa is non-smoking with no pets allowed. Cleaning is included in rates, but 10% Hilton Head and state taxes are not. Parking passes for two cars are issued for each stay.
