Escape to Loon Lodge, a charming, newly constructed (2025) waterfront retreat on peaceful Locke Pond. Designed to bring in abundant natural light and comfort year-round, this fully heated and air-conditioned home is the perfect place to relax, explore, and reconnect with nature.
Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the deck, listening to loons call across the water at night, or heading out for outdoor adventures, Loon Lodge offers the perfect Maine getaway.
The Lodge
Loon Lodge features two finished levels, 3000 sq ft of living space, offering privacy and flexibility for families or groups traveling together. With bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette facilities on both levels, the layout works especially well for families, couples or friends.

Fully equipped kitchen with island seating for 6 and a coffee/tea bar

Outdoor & Seasonal Highlights
Kayaking, fishing, and swimming down the steps at the back of the house (Dock typically installed in May, weather permitting)
Nearby gentle hiking trails that are beautiful in the fall for leaf peeping (also used for snowmobiling in winter)
Ice skating, ice fishing or snowshoeing on the pond in winter
Skiing:
Spruce Mountain & Titcomb Mountain – ~25 minutes
Saddleback, Sunday River & Sugarloaf Mountains– ~70 minutes
One of our favorite experiences is listening to the loons calling at night — truly unforgettable.
