Excellent location. A little over an hour from Dollywood and other activities we enjoyed in that area. Less than an hour to hiking trails in the mountains. The coffee shop near the college is unique and top quality. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for the three adults in our party. host was extremely responsive.
