Discover this 5-bedroom house with views of Lake Martin. With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 3 bunk beds in the upstairs loft (accessible by ladder - see pics), there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests can relax in the peaceful living room, which also features a comfy sofa bed. Four bathrooms make cleaning up after a day at the lake easy and convenient. Enjoy the firepit outback and the HOT TUB! Plenty of room on the back porch to sit and enjoy watching the kids as they explore the woods. Lake It Easy is within a 2 minute walk of the lake and the community amenities include a pool, fitness room, first come/first serve boat slips, and boat ramp. Also included is a boat/trailer storage lot! The house stays nice and comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re gathering for a family getaway or a group retreat, this awesome home offers a welcoming spot to unwind. Experience the magic of Lake Martin at our house. My husband and I live in Tampa, FL and love to travel. We have a labradoodle named Moose that we love to take with us.
Why they chose this property
We love the location! Being so close to the lake, and also having the woods in the backyard was the best of both worlds. We also love he neighborhood amenities! The boat dock, boat trailer storage, and pool are terrific!
What makes this property unique
Our house sleeps a lot of people comfortably, and the kids will think it's fun to explore the backyard, play on the putting green, and walk down the pool and lake. We also have the HOT TUB!
