NEIGHBORHOOD is quiet. Margate is an easy drive to many exciting locations, all within an easy 30 minutes drive ( Coral Springs, Boca Raton, Del Ray, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and several others). Orlando is 3 hours, gulf coast is an easy drive for 2 hours.
