Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please take all used towels and place them in the washing machine w/detergent and start the machine.
Please ensure that the door knob locks are left unlocked and the key for the lock and the key for the mailbox are left in the small basket in front of the TV.
Please only lock the deadbolt on the front door and close the garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are from Illinois and have been visiting The Villages for years. We are not quite ready to retire and move down permanently. We love our Villa.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood near the edge of The Villages which puts us close to Leesburg where there are many great restaurants and stores. It is also close to the new Eastport center which is almost completed and will have a lot of shops and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
Our Villa is less than 3 years old. It’s spacious and cozy. We love our little lanai- great for sitting out on and having morning coffee.
