The home features a small kitchen, a bedroom, a large two-part living room, a modern shower room, an outdoor seating area, and a small garden with a terrace.<br>During the renovation, care was taken to use eco-friendly building materials and paints.<br><br>Nearby attractions include the stalactite cave in Ründeroth with its newly discovered cave areas, observation towers, dams, and museums, as well as country inns and farm cafés.
