My son (25) and I (58) just spent 4 days and nights at this appealing little place. It was very clean. Had all the kitchen appliances and utensils. Plenty of towels/washcloths/handtowels. Very comfortable queen bed and a full size couch that my son said slept very nicely!!! It was a quiet neighborhood (contrary to a recent review) we had absolutely no issues whatsoever or complaints. Would definitely stay here again

Cons: The little guest house was pretty old with lots of lip stick to cover it up. It needs more lip stick… It had pretty much everything we needed but really don’t recommend for more than a couple night stay. However dishes were all dirty, shower water has little pressure and small stream. The furniture was very dirty and needs replaced and uncomfortable.Pros: Owner was good in communication and even came over to help with a quick issue. Has a nice little porch and yard for dogs if you bring them. The area was fairly quiet, minus the drive by shooting that happened near by while our stay.It is about 15-20 minute drive to most destinations within Memphis.
