The casita also has another kitchen includes a ridge with freezer, microwave, stove & oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, offering added convenience and flexibility. There are two indoor dining areas in the home, along with outdoor dining available on the patio. Main house has a also additional kitchenette in the upstairs area.

We are not located on the property but are available remotely as needed.

This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood in central Sedona, between Uptown Sedona and Chapel. Within a few minutes from the house, you can access the most popular attractions in Sedona.

A car is highly recommended while traveling to Sedona since Uber/Lyft is not readily available in this area.

One pet (dogs only) may be allowed on a case by case basis for an additional fee.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Sedona is a a Dark Sky Community. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Absolutely NO smoking anywhere on the property - inside or outside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
