This unique 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is divided into two connected sections: (Very Important Information about Parking and Stairs at the end)

Primary Suite Wing

A spacious, private king-bed suite featuring:

The hot tub sits on its own private landing with cinematic panoramic red rock views. Whether it’s sunrise, sunset, or a night under the stars, this spot is unforgettable!

Parking & Access (IMPORTANT)

•Parking is stricly allowed up two 2 Cars.
•If guests bring more than 2 cars, they will not have a place to park — no exceptions.
•The only access to the home is via a three-flight staircase with 56 total steps, illuminated at night and built into the red rock slope. Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs. This home is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations or who cannot manage multiple flights.

Guests have access to the entire property except the locked supply closet.

We are available remotely or in-person as needed. We are not located onsite at the property.

Our neighborhood is conveniently located between Uptown and Chapel. Guests will enjoy close proximity to hiking, shops, grocery stores, and attractions while being secluded away in a serene atmosphere. It is up to a 5 minutes drive away to Uptown and West Sedona as well.

A car is recommended for traveling in Sedona. The home is walkable to Tlaquepaque Shopping & Arts Village.

The home’s front entry is accessible only by climbing three stories of outdoor flagstone stairs. This property is not recommended for guests with mobility issues or difficulty navigating stairs.

The property is located on a steep hillside. The patios and staircase are equipped with railings, however, all young children and infants must be accompanied when outdoors.

Parking is limited to up to 2 vehicles. Street parking is not available in our neighborhood.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Sedona is a a Dark Sky Community. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Absolutely no smoking indoors, this will result in a minimum fee of $1000 for deodorization.
