My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy and peaceful casita on a hillside in Sedona. The view from the patio was awesome and the neighborhood is quiet with Tlaquepaque and uptown Sedona shopping nearby.

Just the perfect spot for my wife and I. Clean and comfortable, with an eclectic interior that was very interesting and fun. Kitchen and grill were perfect for cooking in.Town is close, and you can walk there - but the road is a bit narrow so you should be careful and walk during the day. Beats trying to find parking in town and dealing with traffic for sure!

Beautiful views!

The home was very clean with comfortable living room seating, beds, and updated kitchen appliances. The view from the back patio was amazing, and our family had coffee out there every morning, enjoying the view, shaded underneath the trees. It was very easy to find, located just close enough to the shops and restaurants to take only a few minutes to get to what we wanted, but far enough for the area to be quiet.

Quaint Cabin beautiful view

It was clean and had just about everything needed. No shampoo, bathroom door didn't lock.The neighborhood was great in the woods with town nearby. View was amazing. Did wish for a book for the property as not sure where garbage was supposed to go and listing said walk to creek but had no idea where. Would definitely stay here again. Host was great and responded quickly.

Cozy with great location

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first time. Great location for just about everything. I took morning and evening walks around the neighborhood and it's just gorgeous everywhere you look. The home is well appointed with comfy and cozy furnishings. It's quiet and the beds are very comfortable, so I slept great. My favorite part of the stay was sitting on the porch enjoying morning tea or afternoon happy hour just looking at the view and watching the wildlife...deer, quail and javelina. I image there will be a third stay in the future.

Great location, quiet and clean, but disappointing

Great location and very quiet. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable and there is only 1 lamp. Both bedrooms have only 1 lamp, so difficult if you like to read. The breakfast nook furniture was also very uncomfortable.

Location is perfect!

Happy we picked this house for our trip to Sedona. As in other reviews, the location is perfect! So close to shopping and restaurants. Brewer Trail is right across the street and is a great hike! House was spacious enough for our family of 4. Great couch to lounge on after a day of hiking. Communication was wonderful with the homeowners. Only complaint was the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work and the bed sheets in that room looked as though they weren't changed. Hair was on the pillows and sheets. But this did not put a damper on our stay. We would come back to this house again.

The casita was in a perfect location. Close to many hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping. We spent most of our days hiking and basically just showered and slept at the casita, but the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the back patio is incredible and the neighborhood is quiet.

Plan on removing shoes before entering the house due to the red dirt bring slippers. the beds were very comfortable. There was even a choice of firmness of the pillows. There was filtered water which saved on buying bottled water. location was excellent. It was a short drive to all the places we want to see. The patio had a beautiful view. It was perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Excellent parking area. host responded quickly to any questions.

We were looking forward to being in the sedona area for quite some time. We chose this particular property because of the "creek access" that was advertised as well as pictures with the description of the property. We knew it would be hot a d were looking forward to being able to walk down to a creek to cool off. After booking, the host told me the creek was a 15 minute walk, not on the property, even though they posted 5 pictures of the creek suggesting it was very close. After not being able to find creek access i contacted the host and they told me where to go, but when i went, i never found the creek access and was told its private property. I told the people we were renting just up the road and our host told us we had access to the creek but thwy adamantly said not only is it private with signs posted EVERYWHERE to stay off the property and there is no creek access, but they said theyve had problems with rental hosts lying to renters telling them they could access the creek even though they weren't allowed to. Its was a major turn off since i went hiking all day and wanted to have some cool off time at the creek everyday. The host wasnt friendly about the whole situation and basically had the attitude of "oh well" when i tried to figure it all out. They gave directions that lead me right to private property clearly marked "no creek access" that was right in someones private driveway surrounded by a wall and no trespassing signs. The description was very misleading.
