2-Bedroom Condo on Siesta Key Beach with Private Beach Access and Private Pool

Siesta Beach House are “Old Florida” style condos featuring a gated entrance to our private beach on the world famous Siesta Key Beach! Experience fun in the sun and on the beach like never before at this newly renovated two-story townhome style condo located just a few hundred feet from the private access beach with beach chairs and lounge chairs provided. In addition to having access to a great beach, guests will also have access to a temperature controlled pool.

Come stay in this spacious, newly renovated beach condo only a quick minute walk to the crystal sands of the private beach. Our townhouse is located on a quiet street with no through traffic. Free transportation takes you to Siesta Key Village where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and night life.

Once someone enters the front door, they will find themselves in the living room with a Smart TV available to watch while relaxing on a couch. A dining table sits next to the sliding glass doors that open to outdoor eating. Moving towards the kitchen a person will pass a half bathroom. The eat-in kitchen is newly renovated and equipped with all major appliances among other small kitchen appliances and stocked with many cooking utensils.

In the upstairs of the two-story condo, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bedroom set and Smart TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two full beds, ensuite bathroom, and a Smart TV.

We do provide a Pack n Play, booster seat and baby gates for stairs upon request.

Beach toys, beach towels, a beach wagon, and a cooler are available. Chairs and loungers are also available at the beach entrance. Please wear provided wristbands on beach.

Access to temperature controlled pool.

In addition to a heated pool, guests have access to a shuffleboard court, and a community laundry room is also on campus (laundry machine requires quarters or can download app and pay).

There is central air conditioning, heating, and Wifi.

There is 1 reserved parking spot behind townhouse. Displayed parking pass is required. For additional cars, a visitor pass must be requested at least 48 hours in advance for parking in visitor spots.

Quiet and safe dead-end street makes it ideal for safety. No through traffic.

In addition to great, quick private beach access, there are other areas to explore on the island which are easily accessed via the free trolley or other transportation. Siesta Village is north of Siesta Beach House and a short trolley ride away where people can have their choice of restaurants and gift shops to visit. And south of Siesta Beach House, guests will have plenty of other eatery options as well. And if the weather is perfect, and people want to walk, top notch restaurants are less than a mile away.

Public tennis/pickleball courts and a playground are a half mile up the road at the public beach. Bike, jet ski, and paddle board rentals are within a mile of the condo.

Unfortunately, the condo association does not allow pets.

There will be a fee for misplaced fobs, parking passes, or wristbands.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in the condo out of respect for future guests. You may smoke outside. Unfortunately, if there is any evidence of smoke smell, you will lose your security deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
