Our cosy holiday rental is located in Lehmen, a town on the Moselle River, in a quiet side valley of the river. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and features a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining table, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large terrace. Although the holiday rental is a basement apartment, you’ll enjoy unobstructed views from every room except the bathroom (Satinato glass). It’s centrally located on the L82. From the spacious terrace, you’ll have an unobstructed view of a vineyard and the surrounding nature. We’re not far from the train station, but you won’t hear any train noise. In the neighbouring towns, you’ll find many stores (Rewe, Lidl, Norma, the post office, etc.).



Holiday rental with 2 double bedrooms:

Our comfortable holiday rental offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Moselle. In the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, you’ll find the following: oven, dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and much more. Through the hallway, you’ll reach the bright living room. The inviting sofa arrangement is the centrepiece of the room. You’ll also find a satellite TV, a stereo system, and much more here. There are two double bedrooms, each equipped with a closet and large windows opening onto the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, mirror, and toilet.
You’ll also find an ironing board, iron, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, dryer, and washing machine.



On-site costs: Enjoy a stress-free holiday and save money! During their stay, we provide our guests with a free VRM guest ticket for unlimited use of public transport within the VRM region (northern Rhineland-Palatinate). This eliminates the often complicated process of buying train tickets from vending machines and also spares you the hassle of searching for parking. Free Wi-Fi is available for you. The beds are made; additional blankets and pillows are available upon request. Bread roll service from the bakery in Lehmen: On the day of arrival (except Sundays), our guests can place an order with our local bakery, and on weekdays (Monday through Saturday), the baked goods will be delivered to the door of our holiday rental in the morning. Simply hang our cloth bag—or one of your own—on the outside of the apartment door in the evening, and the baker will deliver fresh, delicious baked goods in the morning. This service is available on all days the bakery is open. The benefit for you: You pay only the same price as in the store. The bakery does not charge any additional fees for delivery. Payment is made at the bakery on-site. A washing machine and dryer are offered as a set—10 euros per day



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
