As a first time home owner I purchased this house because I liked it, not because of the neighborhood. But when I was living here, I realized how well cared for I am by my neighbors. They always reach out to me if they see that I need something.

What makes this property unique

I like colors. When I design a home I don't choose the typical classic colors of all gray or all tan. I paint every room a different color. Each color makes me happy for a different reason.
