We have a son graduating in the class of 2027 and another son entering Notre Dame next year and will be part of the class of 2030. We are thrilled this means more visits to beautiful Notre Dame. Go Irish!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love living in the North Shore triangle. I think 2 of the prettiest streets around campus are Angela Blvd and North Shore Drive and our house is right where they intersect! It's an easy walk to campus. In 10 minutes, you'll be at the SW corner of campus for easy access to the Holy Cross parking shuttle for game day, the golf course and the Grotto. Walk an additional 12 minutes along gorgeous Angela Blvd to the main entrance gates. Right outside our front door is the scenic St. Joseph river. The homes in the neighborhood are very well maintained and it's a quiet peaceful and friendly neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Our fully remodeled home is bright and spacious. Our very large kitchen island is the perfect place to gather around with friends and family. We love having 3 full bathrooms too! The barrell ceiling is one of a kind and a show-stopper. There are several areas within the house to spread out and visit or spend a quiet afternoon alone. We've been told by many repeat customers that our home is cozy, comfortable and it feels like a personal home vs. a short-term rental. We love our wood burning fireplace for chilly evenings and our verdant backyard with a firepit is perfect for visiting with family or enjoying a cup of morning coffee while listening to the neighborhood song birds. We've hosted reunions, weddings, graduations and numerous game day fans.
