Zufrieden, aber nicht gut.

Die Wohnung an sich ist Super. Hat eine gute Zimmeraufteilung. Balkon konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil ein Gerüst davor stand und kein Balkongeländer vorhanden war. Außerdem waren die Fenster 3/4 hoch zugeklebt, sodass es sehr dunkel im Zimmer war. Das hätte man eigentlich sagen müssen. Wer will schon 8 Tage so seine Freizeit verleben.

Schöne Wohnung, leider Baustelle

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Womit wir aber nicht gerechnet haben sind die Auswirkungen, die sich aus den Bauarbeiten ergeben.  Tagsüber wurde mit mehreren Bohrern gleichzeitig gebohrt, sodass wir uns in der Wohnung nicht unterhalten können, und wir die Wohnung entgegen unserer Pläne verlassen mussten. Das Wohnzimmerfenster ist großflächig zugeklebt. Lüften und Zugang zum Balkon nicht möglich. Im Angebot wurde nicht auf die Baustelle hingewiesen.

Danke für Ihre Kommentare, die uns bei Verbesserungen helfen. Das Wohnzimmerfenster, die Lüftung und der Balkon wurden professionell repariert. Weiterhin wurde sichergestellt, dass, während Bauarbeiten in der Nähe des Grundstücks stattfinden, dies im Voraus eindeutig indiziert wird. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen die moderne Einrichtung der Wohnung gefallen hat und wir hoffen, dass wir Sie zukünftig erneut willkommen heißen dürfen.

Großzügiger Wohn-essbereicht .Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet ,schade,daß kein Backofen vorhanden war-würde durch eine Mikrowelle ersetzt.

Lage zum Strand war gut, wir hatten leider keinen Besen zur Entreinigung. Der Staubsauger und eine Ablage im Kühlschrank sind defekt. Für deutsche Urlauber gibt es nur drei Fernsehprogramme.

Der Staubsauer ist funktionstüchtig, der Mangel an dem Kühlschrank wurde ebenfalls aufgehoben. Über ein Wiedersehen als Gast in einer unserer Ferienunterkünfte würden wir uns selbstverständlich sehr freuen.

Zeer matige accomodatie

Schamele poging om oud appartement nieuwe look & feel te geven. Kitscherig & ongezellig. Fornuis werkte niet: zekering was afgezet (!!). Vaatwas werkte niet, en blijkbaar was dit ook reeds aangegeven in een review van augustus (!!). Verwaming werkt maar op bepaalde tijdstippen, niet noodzakelijk wanneer je dit zelf wenst. Groot aantal TV-posten werd gecodeerd. Geen melding waar je afval kwijt kan. Met andere woorden: de verhuurder beslist over wel en wee van vakantieganger. Afrader!

Superbe

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, situé au calme, parking gratuit. A 10 minutes de marche de la plage. L'appartement est très bien équipé et à été rénové, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont neuves et très jolies. Par contre je trouve les murs du living trop sombres, mais ça n'enlève rien au confort général. Pour le reste le lit est bien confortable et on a passé un très bon séjour au Calista.

Mooi uitzicht

Ruim en kraaknet pand gelegen op de zesde verdieping. Mooi uitzicht over de duinen, de zee en de stad Oostende. Alle benodigdheden waren ruim aanwezig. Aanrader voor koppels. Enige kleine minpuntje is het smalle terras.

Von hier kann man sehr gut Radtouren an der Küsten starten. Auch ist der Strand in greifbarer Nähe, Parkplätze für das Auto sind genügend vorhanden und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (700m). Alles in allem sehr gut.

Een mooi, comfortabel en zeer proper appartement

Ik heb met mijn broers dit weekend geboekt voor mijn ouders hun 45ste huwelijksverjaardag. We hebben van hen vernomen dat het een zeer mooi en leuk appartement was met alle comfort en zeer proper aangetroffen! Ze hadden zicht op de duinen en de zee erachter wat altijd leuk is. We hadden gevraagd of het mogelijk was om een bloemetje en fles bubbels klaar te zetten bij aankomst als extra feestelijke toets voor hen. Het was extra fijn voor hen en wij zijn enorm dankbaar voor deze extra moeite!!
