About the host
Hosted by Simon Uzunov
Hi, I am Simon! I am a passionate host from Skopje, and I love welcoming travelers from all around the world to my beautiful city. My goal is to provide a peaceful, comfortable, and top-quality stay for every guest at Urban Zen. I am always happy to share local tips about the best restaurants, historic spots, and hidden gems in the city to ensure you have a wonderful 5-star experience. Looking forward to hosting you!
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it is the absolute heart of Skopje, yet it offers a peaceful and safe atmosphere for travelers. What I enjoy most is that everything you need is just a few steps away—from fresh local bakeries and big supermarkets to the city's top cafes and historic sights. The vibe here is vibrant and authentic. You can easily walk to the main square or take a relaxing stroll along the beautiful Vardar River quay, which is just 400 meters away. It is truly the perfect base to experience Skopje like a true local while enjoying a stunning view of Mount Vodno right from the apartment.
What makes this property unique
I think what makes Urban Zen truly stand out is the perfect balance of a premium city-center location and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Unlike many other apartments in the heart of Skopje, here you get a stunning, unobstructed view of Mount Vodno right from your window, which brings a beautiful sense of nature into your stay. Additionally, we believe in 100% transparency and top-tier hospitality: we offer free private parking with personal card access, and we absolutely never charge hidden cleaning fees at checkout. Combined with modern amenities like a massive 2x2 King Size bed, central heating, and a Smart TV, Urban Zen is designed to feel like a high-end, stress-free home away from home.
