Welcome to our 3-level home offering 3.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, sleeping 10 people comfortably. On the main level you will find an open living room with a gas fireplace, dining room perfect for gatherings, fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, laundry and walk out to the 1 car garage. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 1st bedroom offers a crib, full bath and clothing storage. 2nd bedroom you'll find a trundal bed and closet for clothing and personal item storage. The 3rd bedroom has 1 bed, TV and clothing personal item storage closet.
There is a playpen, ironing board and iron in the 3rd bedroom closet In the basement you will find additional gathering space with air hockey, TV and board games. There is space to sleep 4 with 2 tundral beds. Also features a full bathroom. Enjoy some relaxation out on the front porch and back deck.1 car garage, onsite parking (L side of driveway) and additional guest parking. Minutes to Story Land, Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Bath, Zeb's General Store, Cranmore Mountain, shopping and many restaurants and scenic views.

Fantastic spot. Clean rental with everything a family could need for nights away in North Conway. The host had reliable communication skills and an easy check out procedure.

Had arranged a long term stay with host after initial 2 week booking and at the last minute, after ghosting my text messages, had it cancelled after breaking off negotiations on 2 other properties. Sent me scrambling to find alternates through July. Then upon checkout, my labor crew thought they had until Monday morning to check out of this one and into next house that afternoon but our stay was until Sunday. Host notified me of this Sunday morning and I immediately got with crew to find out what happened. I offered host to just cover an extra day as they were a 4 1/2 hr drive away and was in turn threatened with needing police details/escorts to pick up their personal belongings the next morning. There was no other guest checking in so I am baffled as to why a host would take that tone when someone offered them to simply pay for the extra day. I have 3 vacation rentals and can't imagine ever treating a guest that way over a miscommunication. We wouldn't of even been in that position had they not cancelled on us. Do not recommend ever dealing with this couple.

Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for not being able to accommodate the additional time to your initial booking. The cancelation of the 2nd booking was 13 days before your checkout date as we wanted you to have ample time to find another booking. We could not accommodate a 4-month stay and will not be able to offer that in the future. Please keep in mind that the extended stay after your initial booking was never confirmed, booked, or paid for. Our cleaning company arrived 4 hours after checkout time. They found the doors were left unlocked with nobody inside. All personal belongings were still in the house. This caused an issue with their schedule for the rest of the day. We felt a police escort was the best way to ensure their safety. In addition to those concerns, furniture was moved around and electric plug in heaters were left on. During the police escorted time to remove all personal belongings, you were on speakerphone screaming using vulgar names for us. We wish you the best, but will not host your company in the future.
