The place has a nice view of the Intracoastal Waterway but the unit is very dated. The carpet was filthy with numerous spots throughout. The furniture has not been updated in many years. The place definitely needs a facelift, it wouldn't take a lot of money to make it a cute little place to stay on the Intracoastal.
