Property was amazing and just what we needed. The agency that manages the listing leaves something to be desired. They are not flexible and impossible to work with. Would rather work with a home owner vs an agency. They also send way too many texts and emails.

Thank you so much for the kind words about the property itself, we're thrilled it met your needs!
We appreciate your honest feedback about the communication frequency. We'll certainly take that under advisement as we look at how we can better streamline our outreach while still keeping guests informed!
Great location. Great house. Wonderful layout for entertaining. Great game room in the basement. Felt safe being underground with exits and windows to ground floor. Stairs are steep for anyone not overly mobile but two bathrooms on 1st floor including a wonderful master, and wide open floor plan made it very relaxing for our party of 9. Communication was great with the host. Easy checkin and check out. Lovely yard and fire pit for outside time. Great book of suggested activities. Parking including garage if needed was great. Kitchen, baths and such were well stocked. Really a wonderful listing and stay. Only negative was that the listing said a pack and play was included with the rental when it was booked, but it was available for an additional fee of 30. Found this a little misleading, but didn’t impact our enjoyment of the trip or this location.
Great accommodation at an excellent location. Stayed here mainly for my sister's graduation from WyoTech in Laramie, Wyoming, but was able to explore Loveland, Denver, and Fort Collins during my time. Went with a family of around 8-9 people.Clean house with as many amenities as needed to make this a worthwhile place to stay, even indoor and outdoor games to entertain us at the place. Kitchen featured modern amenities such as coffee machines, refrigerator with water and ice, dishwasher, toaster, and great silverware, cups, and plates/bowls.Parking featured a two-car garage that fit both a Chrysler Pacifica and a Jeep Wrangler perfectly with plenty of space, and even bikes to borrow.Only compliant I had is that the downstairs area was very cold and there was only one thermostat throughout the house. Am not sure if the thermostat that is upstairs even controls the downstairs.Overall, this is a great place to stay at and encourage anyone to consider this property for large families and large friend groups.
Beautiful, spotless home with ample, comfortable rooms for 7 guests and one small dog. Large kitchen pantry and fridge, great dining table for seating all of us, a nice patio (we spent our evenings sitting out there and talking), enjoyable walking paths all around the neighborhood. My family (3 sisters, nephew and niece, husband and me) thoroughly enjoyed our stay...except for one thing. The tankless water heater was apparently malfunctioning since most of our showers only provided 2-3 minutes of heat before turning ice cold or never got hot at all. That's the only reason I didn't give the place 5 stars. I have informed the manager so I'm assuming the problem will be fixed before the next booking.
