Welcome to this quaint farmhouse, with 3 apartments and a fine location near the ski bus. Amid this idyllic setting, adjacent to a public playground with slide and swings, children will find a true paradise of fun. In the homely kitchen you will prepare the tastiest dishes and when evening falls, relax on the shared front terrace. The Austrian oasis!
A small ski area is just 5 km from Prutz. The larger ski areas of Nauders and Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis, which offer 40 lifts and 100 km of slopes, can be reached quickly. The free ski bus stops just 200 m from the house.

The region is home to stunning mountain trails that let you get closer to nature step by step. Hike through forested trails that lead you to breathtaking viewpoints, and enjoy the serenity of crystal-clear mountain lakes

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Appartement bien situé à la ferme

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement au 1er etage en famille debut mars avec nos 2 enfants (11 et 8 ans). L'appartement est propre, des odeurs cependant dans l'entrée commune du bâtiment, ainsi que dans les toilettes de l'appartement, mais cela ne nous a personellement pas trop dérangé. La cuisine est petite. Les enfants ont apprécié l'aire de jeux et les chevaux. Il y a une boutique en accès libre avec des produits de la ferme. L'appartemment est bien situé à une quinzaine de minutes en voiture des belles stations de ski enneigées de Serfaus, Fiss et Ladies. Nous y avons skié et visité Innsbruck, le pont suspendu de Reutte (Highline 179), et le château de Neuschwanstein en Bavière. Le rapport qualite/prix est correct. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Minimalistisch von der Ausstattung, Schimmel und Stockflecken an allen Fußbodenleisteisten und an der Unterseite der Matratzen. Die Matratzen wurden zwar sofort gegen neue ersetzt, trotzdem ist das äußerst ärgerlich. Aufgrund der Lage fährt der Skibus nur einmal ins Skigebiet und auch nur einmal zurück. Man kann sich damit arrangieren, muss es aber auch wissen. Ansonsten war alles ordentlich und sauber. Die Vermieter sind bemüht entsprechend Ihren Möglichkeiten für den Gast da zu sein.

Ich habe mehrmals im selben Haus gewohnt. Ich schätze das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die hervorragende Lage. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und warm - alles, was man nach der Rückkehr von der Piste braucht. Die verschiedenen Wohnungen unterscheiden sich in der Ausstattung der Betten, der Schlafzimmer und der Küchengeräte - vergewissern Sie sich, was Sie buchen.

FEWO in ordentlichem Zustand

Insgesamt ordentlicher Zustand. FEWO sauber, gute Betten, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Küchentisch etwas klein für vier Personen . Entlüftung Bad mit Dusche und Toilette hat nicht funktioniert. Eins der Schlafzimmer ist leider ein Durchgangszimmer. Nette Vermieterin. Für den Preis sehr o.k.
