The private dock includes a boat lift plus two additional boat slots, allowing room for up to three boats total. Launch your day early and be on the water within minutes, then return to relax and unwind by the canal. Inside, the home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and all the essentials you need. A outdoor seating area overlooks the canal and river, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or relaxing after a day on the water. All linens are provided, along with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and basic necessities, so you can pack light and settle in easily.
