These modern, picturesque, waterfront condos features a floating aluminum dock with a designated boat slip for each unit and a private ground floor tackle storage locker for anglers. For those looking to kick back and relax, start your mornings off watching the sun rise with coffee on the scenic balcony overlooking the scenic Steinhatchee River before unwinding in or around our riverfront pool.
Unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds and a twin bed (with trundle) in the guest bedroom, in addition to a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Conveniently located just one mile from the Gulf of Mexico (five minutes by boat) on the south side of the river, condo units are situated right next door to Good Times Marina, which carries all of your fishing, boating and scalloping supplies.
Good Times Marina also houses the “Who Dat Bar and Grille,” where you and the family can enjoy great food and beverages – including cooking your catch at the end of the day!
If you love scalloping, fishing, or just relaxing on the water, this is definitely the place for you!

Best River's Edge Condo ever

First off, Emily is a fantastic property manager, we've been working with her for years. Second, River's Edge, Bldg #1 Unit 2A is the best equipped condo we've stayed at in Steinhatchee over the years. Everything you can think of and more. Hats off to the owners, we'll be back.

A relaxing and comfortable stay

Our family of 4 and my parents enjoyed the condo. The location to a boat ramp and the the dockage was very convenient. The condo provided plenty of space and had everything we needed.

One of Steinhatchee's Best!!

We've stayed various places in Steinhatchee and this condo/property is by far one of the BEST! Very clean and well appointed....one suggestion for improvement would be to add drapes to the bedrooms as the lights from the marina make the bedrooms seem as if it's daylight outside at 3:00 am and impacted my sleep.....other than that, this is one of the best places to stay in Steinhatchee!!!

Scallopalooza!

We stayed at this condo for opening weekend 2015 and 2016 scallop seasons. There are 6 of us who meet every year. The condo is plenty big with adequate family room, porch, large kitchen, washer/dryer, and 4 beds. Also has a nice pool. The included boat slip is right out back making it a breeze to be from the condo and on the water in 2-3 minutes. The condo is also located close to the mouth of the river eliminating the long no wake zone most boaters further up the river have to suffer through. The condo is right next to Who Dat Grill which comes in handy after a long day on the boat. We love this place and look forward to it annually.
