This getaway in the Chiemgau region is located in Rottau, right on the edge of the forest and just 6 km from Lake Chiemsee.
The “Chiemseeluft” holiday apartment is located in our main house. We—Nadine and Stefan, along with our three boys—live in this renovated farmhouse. Nevertheless, you’ll have complete privacy and your own private entrance to the “Chiemseeluft” apartment. We offer free parking and free Wi-Fi. You can enjoy the view from your balcony or relax in our shared garden area, which features lounge chairs, a grill, and—weather permitting—a fire pit.
The kitchen, with its cosy sitting area, is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, and electric kettle. In the living room, you’ll find a large couch with a TV, an additional dining area, toys, and board games. We also offer 3 bedrooms with TVs, as well as 3 bathrooms with a shower/toilet and a bathtub.

A wide range of sports and mountain activities is available right near the holiday home (hiking, biking, surfing, swimming, tennis, golf...). In addition, cultural attractions at Lake Chiemsee, in Munich, Rosenheim, Traunstein, Salzburg, and the surrounding area invite you to explore.
(Rosenheim is about 22 km away, and Salzburg about 65 km. The nearest airports are Munich or Salzburg.)
