Magnificent, peaceful hideaway park, like sitting in the historical Fair Oaks village, it is a great place to get away and relax, have quiet time, and enjoy the nurture surrounding.
The house is located in historic Fair Oaks Village, close to a variety of shops, restaurants, and local activities, and within walking distance of the American River.
The Magnificent is part of a large two-story home that is divided into two separate units. This unit is the downstairs unit and features its own private driveway and patio garden. It also includes a garage with finished floors that has been converted into a vintage-style dining area, equipped with a portable camping stove, countertop, some cooking supplies, and a self-contained portable sink.
