Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash Disposal: Please place all bagged trash neatly on the front porch before checkout. Do not leave trash inside the home. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean for everyone
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1.Extra Overnight Guests: A fee of $100 per person, per night applies for any overnight guest not included in the original reservation. No exceptions
2. No Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $450 smoking fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
Early Check-In: Early check-in is subject to availability and incurs a fee of $25 per hour, plus $20 for each additional partial hour beyond.
