Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen size beds and a chair.

• Driveway parking for 7 vehicles available, 2 cars can be parked under a protective canopy.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front corner of the house near the parking area and actively monitoring the parking area toward the street,

o (2) located at the back northeast corner of the house and actively monitoring the back yard (not including the pool area).
