Alles in Allem „ok“

Zuweg zur Immobilie umständlich und mit Schlaglöchern kaum befahrbar. Unterkunft in gutem Allgemeinzustand, allerdings ohne Klimaanlage kaum Schlaf zu finden. Pool auf der Dachterrasse ungepflegt und nicht gereinigt. Terrasse im EG nicht nutzbar dank fehlender Markise und fauligem Geruch aus dem Gulli der Terrasse. Bad im EG mit selbem Abwassergeruch. Fehlende Möglichkeiten um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Küche gut ausgestattet. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, das 3. angegebene Schlafzimmer ist ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und nur Matratzen auf dem Boden. Gute Lage mit direktem Blick auf Gemeinschaftspool und herrlichem Blick von 1. OG und Dachterrasse auf das Meer. Preis-Leistung „ok“.
