Magnificent old farmhouse completely renovated, located on a 30,000m2 farm planted with subtropics. It has magnificent views of the sea and the valley, ideal for relaxation as well as its privileged location to get to know the area, just 500 meters. from the A7205 road, with a wide asphalt road to reach it.

Bright and charming house, it is composed of:

living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and with direct access to one of the porches and the pool area

three large bedrooms, one of them overlooking the pool area, the second bedroom with capacity for 6 people, with 2 beds of 150 cm. and two 90 cm beds and an original loft where one of the 150 cm beds is located. It has two bathrooms with a large shower tray. The outdoor area is very spacious, fully enclosed and consists of a 25 m2 covered wooden porch and an outdoor area with grass, 6 x 3 m pool. , great terrace-viewpoint next to the pool and barbecue, it also consists of a beautiful chill out

Perfect vacation

We rented the house for 4 weeks and we loved it. It was very clean and nice. We loved the pool! Lovely to hike up the mountain and also nice to have lunch down at the restaurant by the road. It is close to the sea and close to the nice town of Velez-Malága. Communication with Rosa was also very easy and pleasant. We would love to return!

Trapiche - special hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Trapiche. The villa was excellent for everyone. The pool was a life saver. Maybe a little advice on the hill to get to the villa, as we liked to walk but wasn't aware of the layout of villa on such a hill. Cant fault the host or the villa. Very accommodating. Thank you

El alojamiento es increible, está reformado, en perfectas condiciones. La zona es de fácil acceso, sí que debéis saber que la inclinación de la carretera es alta y hay que maniobrar un poco en el acceso, pero lo puede hacer cualquiera. Al estar en montaña es super tranquilo y encima muy fresquito por.la brisa. Rosa es super maja, estaba impoluto cuando nos lo entregó. No hubo problemas con agua ni luz y la piscina era genial y nos duró limpia toda la semana. A anotar que el wifi a ratos no funciona, pero entendemos que al encontrarnos en una zona de montaña puede pasar.Aceptaron a nuestros perros sin problemas y estuvieron encantados ya que el recinto se encuentra muy bien vallado y la zona es muy tranquila.¡Repetiremos sin dudarlo!

Se nota que fue pensada para disfrutar sin complicaciones.El exterior es realmente encantador: la piscina está perfecta para refrescarse y relajarse, la mesa exterior invita a largas comidas al aire libre, la barbacoa funciona de maravilla y el espacio chill out es precioso, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar del entorno.Además, tuvimos la suerte de comprar mangos de su propio cultivo, ¡y estamos deseando que maduren para probarlos! Casa Trapiche

Hemos pasado 3 días muy buenos en familia en esta casa, estaba preparada con todas las comodidades y tenía una zona exterior muy buena con una mesa grande para comer todos en familia y poder disfrutar tanto de la piscina como de la barbacoa, ademas tenia una terraza solarium para poder tomar el sol con sus hamacas. Recomiendo esta casa para poder pasar unos días agradables y poder desconectar. Rosa siempre muy atenta a todo, ayudando cuando surgía alguna duda.

Vacaciones Fantásticas

Estuvimos una semana alojados con toda la familia, y la verdad es que la casa es genial, no le falta ningún detalle, quizas pueda decir que si le falta algo, sea el aire acondicionado del salón, pero con el de las habitaciones encendidos, se climatizaba toda la estancia. Por otra parte, tuvieron un problema con la piscina, el cual solucionaron rapidamente y nos la pudieron dejar perfecta en cuestion de días, ya que esto es algo que no se puede solucionar en segundos. Ademas, fuimos en epoca de sequía y el pueblo nos hacían cortes de agua, otro problema más para los propietarios que en menos de un dia nos dieron la solución, y a partir de entonces no nos faltó el agua. Todo genial, y sin duda volvería a repetir. Muy agradecidos con Rosa y Antonio.

Casa rural muy apañada

Muy contentos en general con la estancia. Una casa bonita y espaciosa. 3 habitaciones pero muchas camas y en una de las habitaciones doble planta con lo que da más sensación de amplitud y privacidad. La piscina y los exteriores muy bonitos y bien cuidados, con buenas vistas. Aparcamiento para al menos 4 coches y alguno más si se aprovecha la rampa de entrada. Las sábanas y toallas hay que pagarlas por estancias de menos de 5 noches, pero no es muy engorroso llevar las tuyas propias. El trato con la propietaria muy bueno, fácil de tratar. No hubo problema por atrasar la hora de entrada.

Hemos estado un finde con amigas. Y nos ha encantado. La casa estaba superlimpia, es muy cómoda para estar. Una cocina grande con una mesa enorme para preparar con comodidad. Tranquilidad y descanso

En general la casa ha reunido todas las características que esperábamos. Buenas calidades y completa en cuanto a todo lo necesario para el día a día. Simplemente reseñar para no haber puesto la máxima puntuación el hecho de la ubicación, es imprescindible el coche puesto que a pie el acceso es practicamente imposible por la altitud, y hemos echado en falta una ducha en la zona de la piscina.
