This sweet house is situated on Triangle Park, equidistant from both town and the music tent. Bike and walk everywhere in the summer. We have four bedrooms and offer a mix of king, queen, and twin beds. Five bathrooms provide plenty of space to refresh, featuring both showers and bathtubs. The location is perfect if you are skiing, hiking, attending the Ideas Festival or eating/drinking your way through Food and Wine. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Aspen. Not listed - besides the living room - there is an additional office/sitting room and a den to offer extra space to work or relax.

We chose this neighborhood because we can walk and bike everywhere! There is even a shuttle one block away that takes us straight to Ajax!

What makes this property unique

The house is great for a family. We are located directly on Triangle Park with a fenced in yard perfect for a dog. We walk to the Institute/Music tent, to town, to the grocery store and the Rio Grande trail. The location is amazing and the house is comfortable and has everything you need.
