This extraordinary holiday home is the perfect place for 16 adults and 4 children to enjoy a relaxing winter getaway. It is located in the center of Krkonose, within 250 meters of all amenities including shops, cafes, bars, restaurants; there are also many outdoor activities such as skiing and snowboarding available at the nearby resorts which can be reached within 30 minutes by car. This villa offers stunning views across the valley whilst being surrounded by mountains on three sides - making it such an incredible spot whether you're facing the town or enjoying the fresh air! With lots of wood and a green tiled wood stove, the house exudes Czech warmth and cosiness. Pets are welcome and the terrace is equipped with a barbecue, which guarantees fun and good food in both summer and winter.

The house in Horní Maršov is a perfect place for those who want to get away from it all and enjoy nature. The private grounds offer plenty of space, with lush grass for both children and dogs to play on; there is also an abundance of fresh air coming from the mountainside right outside your front door! In addition, this villa benefits from its location within the Krkonose National Park which means you have easy access to the wooded trails, there is no distance between you and the surrounding area when exploring these beautiful areas. Take hours of (winter) walks here, visit the popular spa town of Janske Lazne and a little further away, child-friendly Relax Park with the bobsleigh track in Pec pod Snezkou.

The nearby tree path "Stezka Korunami Stromu" provides access to some beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves, while also being only 7 km away from the village of Janske Lazne, where you can find an assortment of cafes and restaurants serving local food! Zeer prettig vakantiehuis

Het huis is ruim opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg fijn om de skischoenen op een verwarmd rek te kunnen hangen in een aparte kamer aan de voorzijde van het huis. De grote tafel in de woonkamer/keuken is erg gezellig om aan te zitten. De zitbank van de tafel was niet helemaal comfortabel genoeg om de hele avond aan te kunnen zitten. De houtkachel was perfect en zorgde ervoor dat het huis heerlijk warm was. De badkamers zijn perfect. Het aparte toilet op de 1e etage was erg fijn. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het contact met de beheerder was prettig. De matrassen van alle bedden waren enorm hard. Na het skiën is het fijn om van een goede nachtrust te genieten. De kwaliteit van de matrassen liet dat niet helemaal toe. De locatie van het huis is prima, ten opzichte van de pistes in Janske Lazne, echter moet je daar wel met eigen vervoer naartoe. De aansluiting met de skibus was niet zoals verwacht. Dit was echt niet te lopen, zeker niet op je skischoenen en met alle uitrusting in je handen. Daarvoor lag het huis te hoog. De bijkomende extra kosten voor energie en het gebruik van de sauna (totaal 3000 kronen) hadden van te voren (voor vertrek) wellicht beter gecommuniceerd kunnen worden.
