Charming villa in woods and mountains. This attractive, recently renovated and quiet wellness villa is located in the wooded area of Rudnik and can accommodate up to 14 people. Surrounded by the greenery of both the surrounding forest and a beautiful garden, this accommodation has everything you need to relax.



This holiday home is tastefully and completely furnished and with three bathrooms (two with a bath) and five toilets, you certainly don't have to get in each other's way. The kitchen is suitable for preparing delicious meals. With a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and kitchen utensils you are fully equipped. You don't have to worry about dirty dishes. The dishwasher takes care of this. This villa is also ideal with children. In the garden there is a nice children's play area with, among other things, a slide, swings and a wooden climbing structure and there is also a table tennis table available. The private swimming pool (6 by 3 meters; maximum 1.20 meters deep) guarantees lots of fun. While the little ones are having so much fun, you as a parent can enjoy a drink in the garden, by the pool or at the specially built outdoor fireplace with BBQ. The villa also has a new beer tap installation. A beer keg can be arranged (in consultation with the owner).

As icing on the cake, there is a new jacuzzi (for 4 people) and a sauna (for 5 people). Sauna sheets, towels and hair dryers are a matter of course here. Perfect relaxation during your holiday is certainly guaranteed.



The charming mountain village of Rudnik is located in a picturesque area characterized by mountains, forests and splashing streams. It is therefore fantastic hiking here. From the Sněžka, the highest peak of the Giant Mountains, you have a magnificent view over the Czech Republic and Poland. Is walking difficult? Then you just take the elevator! Furthermore, it is, for example, a fifteen minute drive to Vrchlabí, the 'gateway' to the Giant Mountains, and less than half an hour to the famous spa town of Janské Lázně.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis !!

De velen badkamers en toiletten, de grote tuin ,en het zwembad is lekker van temperatuur, en natuurlijk de overdekte veranda waar je in de ochtend prachtig de vogeltjes hoort zingen .we hebben er van genoten. De bedden zijn best hard ,de meeste van ons hebben heerlijk geslapen maar een paar mensen uit onze groep hadden hier echt last van en hebben dus slecht geslapen .

Die Kinder konnten noch draußen vor dem Haus im Garten den Schnee genießen beim Schneemänner bauen und Rodeln. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf ein Problem reagiert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten viel Glück mit den Wetter, perfekte Schneebedingungen und Sonne pur. Das Haus war perfekt um sich danach zu erholen, Sauna, Whirlpool und Kamin. Die Kinder konnten noch draußen vor dem Haus im Garten den Schnee genießen beim Schneemänner bauen und Rodeln. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Gruppenurlaub mit unseren Freunden in dem Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter persönlich hat uns zur Anreise empfangen und eine Haustour gegeben und dabei alles notwendige zu Pool, Whirlpool etc. erklärt. Das Haus war sehr gut gepflegt und Bäder, Sauna, Pool, Whirlpool in einem excellenten Zustand! Die Raumaufteilung war für uns super und auch unser Kleinkind war von dem aufgeräumten und super ausgestattetem Spielhaus (u.a. 2 Kisten Duplo) und eigenem Spielplatz und Trampolin begeistert. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und auch Wanderungen von dem Ferienhaus aus. Wir können uns eine Rückkehr sehr gut vorstellen!
