Experience relaxing days at the idyllically situated Kleymann holiday home in the charming holiday home area of Sögel—a paradise for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists, and dog owners. The stunning location right next to the baroque Clemenswerth Castle complex and the natural surroundings invite you to take long walks through forests, meadows, and along sparkling ponds.

Spanning two floors, this 3-star (DTV classification) non-smoking house offers plenty of space for up to six people. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious living room with a cosy dining area, a comfortable single room, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, another single bedroom, and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet—ideal for families or small groups.

Enjoy relaxing moments in the idyllic garden. The covered patio with a grill and comfortable patio furniture invites you to linger—whether at sunset or over a cup of coffee in the morning. Thanks to free Wi-Fi, you’ll stay well connected even in the countryside.

You can conveniently park your car in the on-site garage.

Your dog is also very welcome here—the Sögel holiday home area is dog-friendly and offers plenty of space to run around in nature.

As guests in the Sögel holiday home area, you can enjoy a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):
- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” gym (approx. 1,600 m from the holiday home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the holiday home area): free weights area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / Day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 metres from the holiday home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a dressing gown
- Indoor tennis court and outdoor tennis facilities at TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. V. / approx. 1,600 m from the holiday home area / Fee per outdoor court per hour: 6.00 EUR / Indoor courts: price upon request
- Sögel Climbing Forest: 10% discount on the regular ticket price / approx. 500 m from the holiday home area

The Sögel holiday home area will be expanded at the end of 2026. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Quiet hours in the Sögel holiday home area will be observed even during construction!
