Delavan Lakefront Escape with Hot Tub

Start your next adventure and step into our little slice of Heaven on Lake Delavan. This Lakefront retreat is the quintessential outdoor getaway, central to many attractions. While our home is in a quiet, woodsy area, we’re also just a 10-minute drive to Fontana (on Lake Geneva) and a 20-minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva. Enjoy great fishing, swimming, birding, and wildlife viewing. Or just soak in lake views from the private hot tub, our spacious decks and porches, or the docks. Make your best memories and your new family tradition at our home!

Main Level Beds & Baths: queen master, full bath
Lower Level Beds & Baths: 4 twin bunk beds, full bath; sheets, pillows, and blankets available for large sectional couch
Bonus Loft: king mattress with ladder access only (sleep area not included in count; use at your own discretion)
Parking: 2 car maximum
Boating: boats and lifts are private
Boat Dock space: inquire about dock space availability

Owner(s) and others the owner permits shall have access to driveway, stairs leading to the boathouse, shed, boathouse, dock at all times. In the event this occurs during your stay, we will notify you through the app.

The hot tub is professionally cleaned weekly and typically on Fridays. The technician will not enter the home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off lights, TVs, propane/fires, and ensure hot tub cover is in down position and operator key remains in controller.
Trash must be bagged when placed in outdoor cans. Use bungee cord to keep racoons out. You don't need to take out all trash before you go, but putting bagged stinky trash in cans is much appreciated.
Used/wet towels can be left hanging or placed in tub/shower. Please lock doors and depart by 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
2 vehicle max, no parking on grass (cars should be parked on driveway directly behind the house)
No parties or events, No underage drinking or illegal activities. No vaping or smoking indoors.
Use bonus loft with king mattress at your own discretion. This sleeping space is not included in the described sleeping spaces.

Great views of the lake from the inside and out. House itself had everything that you could ever want or think of. Our 8 days there were magical. Can’t wait to go back.

Everything about this property was absolutely breathtaking! The moment you walk through the front door, you're greeted by a stunning view of the lake through the enormous living room windows. Just when you think it can't get any better, you head downstairs and discover another incredible panoramic view.The home itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. While there is a large TV—and yes, we definitely caught up on some Netflix—we found ourselves just as entertained simply sitting back and taking in the peaceful lake views.The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the neighbors we met were exceptionally friendly. During our stay, we enjoyed browsing local antique shops, dining at several excellent restaurants, treating ourselves to homemade ice cream, fishing from the private dock, and unwinding in the hot tub. It was the perfect balance of activities and relaxation.One evening, we were treated to an incredible lightning storm rolling across the lake—a breathtaking sight from the comfort of the house. As if that wasn't enough, one of the neighbors put on a Fourth of July fireworks display that rivaled anything you'd see in a major city. It made an already unforgettable stay even more special.If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway surrounded by beautiful scenery, you can stop searching. This place truly has it all.

What an amazing home! I don't even think I can do this review justice. We wanted a place where we could just relax and unwind and Brad's beautiful lake home did not disappoint. There was not one thing lacking during our 3-day stay. Brad was so easy to work with, and quick to respond to our questions. My daughter has been to many vrbo rentals and she told me it was, by far, her favorite place she's ever stayed. The home was spotless! The hot tub and fire pit were such great additions! There was an ample amount of towels, 2 showers so you didn't have to wait for people to get ready. The kitchen had everything we needed. Side note: the smoke alarm works. We know that because we burned a pizza one night LOL. The home is very close to town, so it was never a problem if we needed snacks or drinks to just hop in the car and make a quick trip to Delavan. We went to Lake Geneva and spent an entire day at the beach. The library is right on the lake and surrounded by windows. Coolest place to grab a book and read after a long day at the beach. Our experience was definitely a 10/10 and will be remembered for years to come. We hope to come back again next summer! Thank you so much, Brad, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

It was such a pleasure hosting Carla and her family. Our Delavan Lake house has been a place that many awesome memories have been created in my family. I’m so excited to share this place with other families so they can do the same. It’s really hard to have everything perfect but we really try out hardest.
