This light-flooded vacation home "Biber" offers enough space for 6 people on two floors. On the gallery on the second floor you can enjoy a unique view over the property through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing. The vacation home has a modern fitted kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. This invites you to enjoy a meal together and pleasant conversations. There are two separate bedrooms. The shower room with daylight and high-quality wellness shower rounds off your successful vacation day.



The sun terrace invites you to linger and relax. Barbecue and garden furniture are here for you. Whether on the terrace for pleasant summer evenings, in the house in front of the fireplace by the crackling fire or on the open gallery: relaxation is guaranteed here.



Even in winter, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a trip. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. Here in the harbor village you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.



Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.

In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the nature park Barnim and the biosphere reserve Schorfheide. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.



In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.



The Zerpenschleuse harbor village is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.

Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
