<br>Location<br>This holiday home is located in the small village of Boda Glasbruk in the Småland region of southern Sweden. Directly across the street is a playground with several pieces of play equipment. Just about 100 metres away is the “Glass Factory,” an exhibition of handmade glassworks. The nearest lake with a swimming area is about 800 metres away.<br>The Holiday Home<br>The holiday home has a living area of approximately 115 m² spread over two floors. The house can accommodate up to 6 people plus a pet. Upon entering the holiday home, you’ll find yourself in a hallway with a coat closet. To the left is the first bedroom, furnished with a double bed. Straight ahead is a small living room with a leather sofa and additional seating. This small living room leads directly into the second living room, which features a sofa, an armchair, and a TV with German channels. Heading back down the hallway, turn left into the kitchen and dining area with a dining table, passing the bathroom with a shower and toilet along the way. The kitchen is equipped with all standard kitchen utensils, including a dishwasher and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. The stairs in the hallway lead to the upper floor, which has two additional bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There are seating areas with patio furniture next to and in front of the holiday home. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are located in the basement of the house.<br>The Surroundings<br>You’ll find shopping in the towns of Nybro (approx. 18 km) and Emmaboda (approx. 21 km). Fishing opportunities are available at Elchpark-Nybro and in the neighbouring town of Broakulla.<br>(During the summer months, the café diagonally across from the holiday home is open!)<br>The lake with a swimming area is about 800 metres away.<br>The “Glass Factory” is only about 100 metres away. There you’ll find an exhibition and a shop. Among other things, children can try their hand at glassblowing!<br>The “Glasrikets Älgpark” moose park near Nybro is only about 10 kilometres away!<br><br>The price for electricity used is 0.40 euros per kWh and is paid in cash on site.
