Lovely authentic Swedish house in peaceful and quiet surroundings, close to forest.

Lovely year-round house of approx. 80 m2 with the forest as a neighbor. Located on quiet road. There is free internet in the house.
The house has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a double bed as well as a bunk bed. Large dining kitchen with cooker, fridge / freezer. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Living room with nice wood stove, two sofas and armchair as well as TV. Large garden with garden furniture and large trees. The house also has two lovely terraces one on each side of the house.

Ein tolles Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung! Die absolute Ruhe lĂ€dt genauso zum verweilen auf der schönen Terrasse am Haus ein, wie auch zu langen SpaziergĂ€ngen im Wald und in die umliegenden Gegenden. Wirklich toll. Das Haus hat alles was man fĂŒr einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Ich war nicht das erste mal da und komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das kleine HĂ€uschen liegt direkt am Wald. In der Nachbarschaft befinden sich ein paar HĂ€user.Die Straße vor dem Haus ist schwach frequentiert.Also herrliche Ruhe und wunderschöne Gegend.Allerdings gab es im Haus ein paar Dinge, die uns nicht gefallen haben. Die Ausstattung ist sehr retro. Sowohl Mobiliar als auch Lampen. Lieblingshilfsmittel im Haus ist Paketklebeband. Denn damit wurde viel geklebt... Nachttischlampe, Staubsauger etc.Die TĂŒren wurden abgeschliffen aber nur so halb. Das Haus außen gestrichen aber auch nicht alles. An der Terrasse fehlt Farbe. DafĂŒr hat der Kinderstuhl in der KĂŒche die Farbkleckse abbekommen die woanders fehlen.ElektrogerĂ€te waren top. Allerdings gibt es keinen Toaster.Sehr irritierend auch die Matratzen unter dem Bett im Schlafzimmer. Warum liegen die da?Die Warmwasserbereitung erfolgt ĂŒber Strom. Daher wĂ€re es gut, wenn die SpĂŒle einen Verschluss hĂ€tte um in Ruhe abwaschen zu können. So muss man das warme Wasser laufen lassen. Verschwendung...und extra Kosten fĂŒr den Urlauber.Die Dusche ist auch schwierig. Sehr klein, die Brause passt nicht zur Halterung und hĂ€lt nicht. Schimmel im unteren Bereich.Der Garten ist leider zwischenzeitlich sehr zugewachsen und nicht so gepflegt wie auf den Bildern.Es könnte super schön sein, wenn im Haus mal was getan wĂŒrde.DafĂŒr ist die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Großer Pluspunkt

Super schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Das Haus liegt einfach schön im Wald, es ist wunderbar ruhig um seinen Urlaub perfekt geniessen zu können. Es ist alles im Haus da, von KĂŒchenutensilien bis hin zu Gartenmöbeln, Grill etc. Sehr gepflegtes kleines HĂ€uschen mit viel Platz fĂŒr die ganze Familie. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Haben uns sehr gut Erholt in schöner Lage

Wir können uns den anderen Kommentaren nur anschließen... Das Haus ist zu 100% authentisch, die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und war immer erreichbar , der Ort hat einen wunderschönen See den man erwandern kann.. Noch dazu gibt es in den Ort eine wirklich gute Pizzeria und einen gut sortierten gar nicht mal so kleinen Supermarkt. Noch dazu ist im Ort auch im Sommer nicht viel los und dort wird handwerkliche Glaskunst verkauft .. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und vermissen schon jetzt diese ruhige Umgebung .. Lieben Dank an Stina... Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!!

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartungen absolut erfĂŒllt. Die Vermieterin ist bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar gewesen und hatte vorher auch alles genau erklĂ€rt. Somit ist es kein Problem, dass man direkt vor Ort keinen persönlichen Ansprechpartner hat. Wir wĂŒrden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Alles da, Vollausstattung vom Putzmittel + Equipment, Kochgeschirr, mehr als zu Hause, 2 Terrassen(Osten+Westen) incl. Gartenmöbel und Webergrill. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Lediglich die Beleuchtung im Haus könnte etwas heller sein.

Orrefors Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine wirkliche schöne Zeit in diesem gemĂŒtlichen Ferienhaus, das top ausgestattet ist. Alles da, was man braucht. Auch die Buchung war einfach und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir können den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus nur empfehlen! Die Lage ist auch gut, schön ruhig gelegen, in einer Seitenstraße. Im Ort gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt und man kann von dort aus einen kleinen Wanderweg gehen, der sehr schön ist.

Haus sehr einfach, Umgebung schön, Vermieterin gut erreichbar.

Es gab kleine Probleme (z.B. Sickergrube), bei den aber die Vermieterin schnell half. Das Haus ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, Kleinigkeiten funktionieren nicht oder nicht richtig (Stereoanlage, Duschkopfhalterung, Wasserhahn u. Ä.), das Haus war nicht richtig saubergemacht von den Vormietern, der Nachbar (ca. 20m. Entfernung) machte oft LĂ€rm, unter der Dusche war schwarzer Schimmel. Die Vermieterin ist nett und hilfsbereit, wohnt aber in DĂ€nemark und kriegt nicht alles mit, was den Zustand des Hauses anbetrifft. Ich war allerdings auf spartanische VerhĂ€ltnisse vorbereitet (ich besaß frĂŒher selber so ein Pipi Langstrumpf HĂ€ußchen), war also nicht besonders ĂŒberrascht. Die Umgebung ist schön, wie ganz Smaland und wer hauptsĂ€chlich durch den Wald Radfahren will, wird auch in diesem HĂ€ußchen seinen Spaß haben.
