Apartment 29 Studio - Landhaus Stella-Kathrin

A thatched, cosy, and comfortably furnished holiday home with several holiday apartments.
The cosy Studio Room No. 29, which sleeps 2, is located on the upper level of the thatched-roof house.
The room features a spacious 180x200 cm bed, as well as a shower and sink.
A flat-screen TV and armchair invite you to relax. The room also features a small breakfast nook with a table and two chairs, as well as a refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
A terrace and a spacious garden with patio furniture and lounge chairs are available to guests.
A washing machine and dryer are provided.
The house is located near the Baltic Sea, and the Schlei is 100 m away.
No pets allowed.



Hello and welcome to Landhaus Stella-Kathrin in Kappeln-Olpenitz



Our thatched-roof house was first mentioned in 1771 and is now run by us, the second generation of the family.
Our holiday home is located 50 metres from the Schlei in the beautiful village of Olpenitz / Kappeln. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is about a 5-minute drive away. Right next door is a hotel that also welcomes guests from outside the hotel daily starting at 5:00 p.m.
Here, you’ll stay in cosy, individually furnished units ranging in size from 25 m² to 100 m².
You can enjoy the weather right outside your door on a private terrace while sipping coffee or tea; of course, our garden is also available for your use.
There are plenty of free parking spaces available on the premises.
Please note that cash payment for travel expenses is not possible on site.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
