Each apartment has its own parking space right next to the building. Bicycle storage is available. The large garden, with a lawn for sunbathing and a barbecue area, is perfect for soaking up the sun. The outdoor pool, located 500 metres away, is open from May through September. Our accommodation is the ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours. A restaurant and café are about 200 metres away. Pets are not allowed in our holiday rental. TV and Wi-Fi are provided. A bread delivery service is available upon request. Children’s playground in town.<br> 40-square-meter holiday apartment with a balcony facing the Wendelstein for 2 people.<br>Rustic decor with a well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower and toilet.<br>Small dining area in the living room with access to the bedroom.<br>Staircase leading directly from the car park with a separate entrance door. The balcony is furnished with a seating set and lounge chairs.<br> The accommodation is located on the outskirts of town in the Au district, 5 km from Bad Feilnbach, right on the bike path.<br> We are a family-run establishment with three holiday apartments on the 1st floor.
