Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Jederzeit gerne wieder ! Die Lage im Speckgürtel von Duhnen zu einem fairen Preis ! Auch wenn die Lage des Objekts nur einen kleinen unverbauten Meerblick hat, sind es fußläufig nur wenige Meter zur Nordsee und zum Strandkorbvermieter! Die Tiefgarage ist mit Note 1 zu bewerten. Auch für SUV`s perfekt geeignet. Einen Abzug gibt es für die Menge des Bestecks (Gesamtanzahl), die sehr fragilen Gläser (sollten lieber IKEA Gläser sein) und die Couchgarnitur(etwas unbequem, weil man darauf nicht liegen kann). Das ist aber nur meine persönliche Meinung , weil ich da bisher anderes gewohnt war. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung zu einem fairen P-L-V.
