Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung - Möblierung neuwertig und geschmackvolle Dekoration - alles sehr sauber - äusserst freundlicher Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken - keine 10 min zum Strand mit praktisch neuem Strandkorb - das Meer ist halt nur zweimal am Tag da , sollte man aber eigentlich wissen . Schöne Wanderung im Watt ist aber auch ein Erlebnis ! Cuxhaven ist eine Reise wert - Hafen und Innenstadt sind absolut sehenswert! War ein toller Urlaub Liebe Grüße aus Bayern Peter Lochmann

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Top- Fewo

Summa cum laude (fast). Es passte alles: von der Möblierung über die Beleuchtung, die Küchenausstattung, die Lage, das Umfeld bis zum Haus selbst ( relativ klein, aber fein). An der steilen Treppe zum Schlaftrakt kann man nichts ändern, ist aber gerade für Ältere mit eingeschränkter Bewegungsfähigkeit ein wichtiger Grund die Wohnung nicht zu wählen. Zu einer so hochwertigen (und hochpreisigen) Wohnung sollte ein moderner Kompakt-Kombiherd mit Heißluft/Ober-Unterhitze und Mikrowelle gehören. Die unveränderbaren Garagenparkplätze ( hier: Nr. 26) sind etwas für Kunstfahrer. Zusammenfassung: wir kommen trotz der spitzfindigen Bemerkungen gern wieder. Die Reiseinfos zur Anreise und die höflich, aber bestimmt gehaltenen Hinweise und Anweisungen in der Hausmappe waren erschöpfend, hilfreich und sorgfältig erarbeitet.

nette Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger,guter Lage.Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.Nur schade, dass man das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett nicht abdunkeln kann(keine Vorhänge).Ab 6 Uhr morgens strahlender Sonnenschein. Die Sitzecke im Erker ist gemütlich.Die Stühle in der Essecke fanden wir sehr unbequem.

Eine Woche Auszeit

Die Wohnung ist super bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Strandkorb, dessen Nutzung im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen. Von der Wohnung zur „Imbissmeile“ sind es nur 3 Minuten. Bei Restaurants sieht es etwas „dünn“ aus. Es gibt eines am Strand und im Kurpark, für die anderen sollte man das Auto oder Fahrrad nehmen. Das ist in Döse etwas schlecht. Der Bäcker um die Ecke hat dichtgemacht. Brötchen gibt es aber im Lotto-Shop. Es gibt zur Wohnung einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Ich denke, das ist in der Hochsaison ein dickes Plus. Das Einparken ist anspruchsvoll aber machbar. Was fehlt ist eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Wir haben unsere Mietfahrräder immer abends abgegeben. Auto und Fahrräder auf dem Stellplatz geht nicht, sonst sperrt man den nächsten Stellplatz an der Stirnseite. Gesamtbewertung: Super, sehr zu empfehlen.
