Comfortable two-bedroom vacation apartment with a terrace

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our single-family home and has a separate entrance. It measures 95 square metres and offers plenty of space for up to 4 people (an extra bed is available if needed). In Bedroom 1, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a leather couch, and a flat-screen TV (42"). Bedroom 2 features another comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a cot for our little guests. The bathroom is equipped with: a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and heated towel rack. In the spacious kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or a quick snack: stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, cooking utensils, etc. And so you have more time to enjoy your holiday, the dishwasher takes care of the dishes. You’re welcome to use the 40-square-meter terrace, which faces south and west. A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. The balance is due on-site in cash. Of course, bed linens, towels, and a basic cleaning are included in the price. You’re welcome to check in between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If you’d like to arrive at a different time, please call us or send an email. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Later check-out may be possible upon prior arrangement.Keys will be handed over in person on site, and a security deposit of 200.00 EUR must be paid in cash at that time. A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
