Guests can relax in the soothing living room, which includes a comfortable folding sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for convenience. Heating and AC keep the space enjoyable no matter the season. Kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and all the utensils. The back porch has a propane grill and a charcoal grill with a table and chairs. Two covered carports for parking with 50 amp, 120v outlet, lights, fresh water and sewer connections for your camper. The larger carport dimensions are 10’ tall x 16’ wide x 25’ long. A perfect spot for your boat or small camper. Walking distance to the lake in a golf cart community.

We were so impressed with how quiet and private it actually was with neighbors so close!!!! And when we opened the door, we knew it was US!!!! Comfortable, bed perfect!!! Towels very nice we absolutely had a great time, the area was beautiful, and we are looking forward to visiting again, hopefully in the same perfect place!!!! Thank yall sooo much
