Great house, plenty of space. The house has 3 AC units that keep the house nice and cool even upstairs. I will say if you want to cook, bring EVERYTHING you need, salt, pepper, ketchup, sugar, sweetener, COFFEE ext. All kitchen hardware is there. Everything you need to cook with and a propane grill outside. Beautiful house, there's a foosball and ping pong table in the garage along with paddles and life vests for the canoes outside. There's a little dock down on the river that's great for fishing and or swimming. As well as an air hockey game upstairs. Plenty of room for everybody.

Beautiful House and Property

This house and property was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone was confortable sleeping and great room and dining area was large enough for all of us to enjoy being together as a family.

Great long weekend getaway!

Great property! The kids enjoy fishing, kayaking, playing on the swing set and watching squirrels. The adults enjoyed making great memories and relaxing on the porch with a peaceful river view.

Awesome place to stay.

This house was above and beyond what we expected! Great location, out of town but close enough that you don't have to go very far if you need anything. My family did some fishing and swimming, and the kids played on the playscape. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again.

Wonderful!

One of the prettiest best properties I’ve stayed at! The furniture is perfectly laid out with plenty of sleeping space and good Amenities with lots of extras provided for play around the house and on the water!

Annual family trip

We enjoyed this property. Every year we do an annual family river trip and we were happy to have a place large enough to accomodate us all. Loved tgat there were games to play and kayaks to play in the river, we also made a lot of use out of the rope swing. 10/10 would stay again

Seguin lakeside rental

We had a great time in Seguin! The house was perfect for us! We enjoyed all the amenities from ping pong to kayaking. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Incredible House

This house is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the upstairs game room area and the kayaks were a huge hit. The surplus of towels was very much appreciated as well.

Gotta Get To Guadalupe Getaway

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house is spacious and great for a large group. Plenty of room for games, seating, lounging, and beds. We had a blast playing washers, hanging in the river, fishing, and grilling. Will definitely be coming back to enjoy this great getaway again!

The place is exactly as described in their listing. Great property with great amenities. Check-in process was super easy and the property management was quick with replies. Just come and enjoy the property and the beauty of the back porch with a cup of coffee in the morning watching everything come to life!

Dream Getaway

Great house for adults or families. Right on the beautiful/deeper part of the river so you can enjoy it to the fullest. Showers were hot! Beds were comfy! Plenty of room for all seven us to enjoy. First Air b&b I've stayed out that had everything in the kitchen to cook with, too. overall- great property! can't wait to go back.

Spring Break 2024

This house has so much space! All of our kids enjoyed being upstairs in their space! Everything was great! Loved the location right on the river! It is close enough to head into New Braunfels if you want or just stay there and enjoy the quiet community of Seguin! Would definitely stay here again!!
