Greensboro was known as a center of the southern textile industry. This unique place has a style all its own-designed around GSO's rich history in industrial textile mills. Our 3rd-floor (stairs only) condo offers all the feels-like-home amenities.

Enjoy a short walk through Historic Fisher Park into downtown GSO!

• Please note that this property is located on an upper level with three flights of stairs and no elevator access — guests will need to climb stairs to reach the unit.

• The building is heated by a central steam system that’s managed by the HOA, so the heat schedule is consistent but not individually adjustable. For those extra-chilly days, we’ve provided space heaters so you can stay as toasty as you like.

• This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 PM. The home is professionally cleaned and stocked before every stay with all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable visit. If anything comes up during your stay, just reach out — we’re nearby and happy to help, but we’ll always give you space to relax and make yourself at home.

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Switch off all electronics and kitchen appliances such as the coffee machine, kettle, and microwave Turn the thermostat to 60° in the colder months and 75° in the warmer months.
Check that all windows and doors are closed and locked. Please let us know if anything has been damaged that we need to take care of. If something needs to be repaired, we’ll let you know.
Please return any house keys to the hook or container where you found them once you are on your way. If you come into any issues, please let us know. We're happy to assist.

Host was helpful and responsive, condo well stocked and spacious. Only negatives is parking on street and noise from road. Nice park nearby and liked the fact it was pet friendly.
